Library materials are due at the time and date stated when borrowed, renewed, or recalled.
You may renew items yourself by logging in to Your Library Account. Follow the instructions to view your library record and renew materials. Interlibrary loan items must be renewed through PacificILL.
Library items can be requested for pick-up by current students, staff, and faculty by using the "Request It!" feature in the online catalog. Requested items will be retrieved and placed on hold at the Stockton Campus Library Ask Us Desk. An email notification will be sent to the requestor, alerting them that the material is available for pick-up for 10 days.
Items for the library to purchase can be requested by filling out this online form or emailing library@d809.com.
Materials not included in the library's collection may be requested through interlibrary loan using PacificILL. Additional information about PacificILL can be found on the Interlibrary Loan page. Only current University of the Pacific students, faculty, and staff are eligible. You can contact us at ill@d809.com with any questions.
Materials are subject to replacement fees based on the cost of individual items lost. Interlibrary loans are also subject to replacement fees in the amount charged to Pacific from the lending library. Accounts with overdue items will be blocked, which will affect access to library databases.
- All circulating materials are subject to recall after 2 weeks, meaning that another borrower can request the item and a new due date will be issued to the original borrower.
- Failure to return a recalled item within 7 days will result in a loss of further borrowing privileges until the item is returned.
